Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and Blendz - Bidding web directory (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid in this Directory.

Link Policy

1. Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Blendz - Bidding web directory.
2. Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids.
3. Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies.
4. Links to the following types of websites are strictly forbidden and will be removed without a refund.
• • sites that promote racial hatred
• • adult-related sites
• • pharmacy sales sites
• • warez
• • MFA (made for Adsense)
• • still under construction
5. Links must not contain ALL CAPS.
6. Links are allowed to non-English sites.
   
7. Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of Blendz - Bidding web directory.
8. Links submitted to the incorrect category will be moved to the appropriate category.
   

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Bids are non-refundable.
2. You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.
3. If you're not sure whether a link will be accepted, Contact Us first with the URL of the site that you wish to submit We'll then let you know whether the site will be listed before the bid is placed.
